1. The Court To Declare A Quorum.

 

1. The Court To Meet With Sheriff Charles Butch Adams And Bob Bass From Bass And Associates, L.L.P. To Discuss And Ask Questions On A Evaluation And Presentation On The Current County Jail Conditions By Ken Burns Of Burns Architects Firm Of Fort Worth, TX.  Legal Counsel May Be Present To Advise The County Officials.

 

1. The Court To Go Into Executive Session With Bob Bass From Allison, Bass And Associates, L.L.P. To Consult With Counsel To Discuss Legal Matters In Compliance With Section 551.071 Of The Texas Government Code To Consult With Its Attorney Regarding Matters Protected By The Attorney-Client Privilege.

 

1. The Court To Reconvene To Open Session To Consider Action, If Any, On Item(s) Discussed In Executive Session.

 

1. The Court To Consider Budget Amendments And Line Item Transfers.
